You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use PayBuyTrust.

2. Nature of Service

PayBuyTrust operates as a neutral escrow intermediary. We securely hold funds until transaction conditions are satisfied. We are not a party to buyer-seller contracts.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under their account.

4. Escrow Process

• Buyer initiates transaction
• Funds are deposited into escrow
• Seller delivers goods/services
• Buyer confirms completion
• Funds are released

5. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, funds remain in escrow until review. PayBuyTrust may request evidence from both parties before making a determination.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud or money laundering
• Illegal goods or services
• Chargeback abuse
• Unauthorized third-party payments

7. Limitation of Liability

PayBuyTrust’s liability shall not exceed the disputed transaction amount. We are not responsible for product quality or delivery failures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
